How to order?

NEW: You have a tutorial on the home page at the top left that shows you all the steps of an order.

First of all connect to your account (click on "identification" at the top right) you will therefore have to create your account first in "registration". Once the products have been added to the shopping cart (do not forget to specify the quantities and the comments if there are any) you will have to click on "see my shopping cart", then on "validate my shopping cart", it will then be necessary if necessary to inform the billing and delivery addresses (only for direct deliveries), then click on "payment".

 

Then you will have to choose the delivery (direct or in relay point), again click on "payment" you will then have to choose a method of payment (at the bottom) one of the 3 boxes must be visible (either by bank card, either by check, or by PayPal) and tick the box "I accept the general conditions of sale", it only remains to click on "I validate my order" to finalize the order.

What type of payment do you accept?

Bank card; PayPal and checks (bank transfer on request). Payments are made in advance. For payments by check: we will wait until we have the check to send your order.

Is there assembly instructions delivered with the package?

Yes provided with the invoice on your package, moreover you also have one on our site in the section Tutorials & advice.

Do you sell the cylinders individually?

Yes, all of our gas spring are sold individually, unless otherwise specified (this is the case for 3 references).

However, we strongly recommend changing the gas spring in pairs.

How much are the delivery charges?

delivery charges are €6 to €8 (delivery to a relay point or classic DPD), for mainland France. New: express in TNT at €10.5 delivery charges are free from €75 of order.

Are the gas spring guaranteed?

Yes all our gas spring are guaranteed for 3 years. There is the possibility of extending this warranty to 6 years with the extended warranty (+3 years).

IN THE CASE OF A WARRANTY REQUEST ON AN ORDER FOR A CYLINDER, WE MUST RETURN THE CYLINDER TO US.

What is the brand of the gas spring?

The brand is Verinauto. The gas spring are made in Europe and finished in France.

Do you sell body parts?

Yes, you will find body car supports in the other products section of the site on page 3 (ball joints and plates).

Are the cylinders sold complete?

Yes our cylinders are sent with their end caps.

Do you deliver the DOM-TOM?

Yes, but the shipping is not €10.2 , the rates vary between €45 and €55 depending on the weight and the destination. Delivery by Colissimo in 5-10 days.

Will the gas spring fit on my car?

Yes, most of our gas spring are the same as the originals. At most, they are slightly different but remain adaptable. Most often, the end system are ball joint cages to clip onto a ball. In the cases where a modification is to be made to adapt our cylinders, it is always specified in the product sheet. Help for its adaptations is given in the Tutorials & Advice section of the site.

Can I choose a tailgate or hood cylinder for another application than the one intended?

No, it is strongly recommended not to use our gas spring for any other application or automobile than what is proposed in the product designation. In this case you have to contact us to see the cylinder you need, we will surely find a solution.

Will defective cylinders make me pass the counter visit to the technical control?

Yes, defective gas spring will be subject to a second visit to the technical control.

What do you call sedan model?

We call: "Sedan" cars with a box (4-door body), which are then different from 5-door models (with a hatchback). If it is not specified, it will be the "standard" model. If you have a station wagon, you will have to choose the product with the name "station wagon". And identically for the coupe or convertible models.

What is the delivery delay ?

The delivery time announced by the carrier colissimo is 48h/72h for France.  This time is not guaranteed and is given as an indication.

What is the order processing time?

As a general rule (except in exceptional cases) we process orders within 1 to 2 days.

What are the return conditions?

As described in our terms of sale, you have 30 days from receipt of the package to return the cylinders. In the event of an error on your part or of withdrawal, the return postage (and exchange) will be at your expense.

Can we come and collect our order on site?

No, sorry.

What does "extended lenght" and "stroke" mean?

The center distance is the unfolded length from axis to axis (middle hole to middle hole). The stroke is just the cylinder rod without the end cap (the part that goes into the cylinder).

What if you have not received your order or if the contents of your package are damaged?

Do not worry, you just have to contact us by email or via the contact tab of the site, to see with us. Delivery is made within 48 hours, you will receive an order confirmation by email with the parcel number to follow up on the carrier's site. If the delivery is at a relay point, the carrier will notify you by email or text message of the delivery of the package to the relay point. Do not forget to put reservations when receiving the package if it is damaged or open (even if a little).

How can I be sure that my order has been placed?

Once validated, you will receive an order confirmation by email with the number of your order (remember to check your spam or junk mail).

Can we have another force than that of the original gas spring?

Yes, it is possible to inflate cylinders to another force (only a higher force). We will not do a force calculation, it is imperative to specify a force. However, these gas spring will not be taken back or exchanged because they no longer conform to the originals. The order must be done by email (there will be a surcharge). Please contact us about the maximum possible forces.

Why are our prices low?

Because we are a manufacturer, there is no intermediary and we know the product well. We are also committed to the quality of our products and our services, with efficient after-sales service and attentive to your requests. You may be able to find cheaper elsewhere but certainly not with the same quality of service ... Our job is the gas spring.
