Payment in advance.

Withdrawal period of 14 days after the reception. After this period, VerinAuto reserves the right to refuse the return. Goods have to be return untouched in the original packaging at: BM, 1 rue de la gravière 67116 REICHSTETT.

The customer is responsible of all fees related to return shipment (in case of exchange or refund).

However we shall bear the direct costs arising because of an error on our part.

Verinauto may not be held responsible in case of loss or delay in delivery. Verinauto will ship products within 24/48h after the payment receipt, except in case of force majeure.

The delivery time announced by DPD transporter is not a warranty, it is an indication.

The delivery charges will not be subject to a refund in case of transporter delay.

 The transporter is the only responsible. Verinauto is also not responsible customs duties or other taxes. The customer have to claim during reception if the package is damaged or open (even a little). The customer have to check the content of the package before accept the delivery without claim on delivery no action can be asserted. VerinAuto reserves the right to cancel an order in case of stock shortage.

According to Article L.211-15 of the consumer’s code, Verinauto delivers products in conformity with the sales contract and assume the conformity default during the delivery.

The claim arising from a non-conformity is prescribed after 1 year from the delivery (product warranty of 2 years).

In this case the delivery charges will be refund (total amount of the order). The return charges The customer is responsible of all fees related to return shipment (in case of exchange or refund). However we shall bear the direct costs arising because of an error on our part.

Information and data

Every effort is being made to guarantee the validity and precision of the technical information of our data in this catalogue.

No responsibility is accepted by our society in case of direct or indirect damage caused by error or negligence. All orders involve the acceptance of our general terms and condition.

We shall not be responsible for any loss or damage of any kind. Claims have to be declared to the transporter. The warranty of our products covers exchange and cannot be apply to replacement fees, or other cost linked to this replacement.

In accordance with the French law:  N°80335-1442 dated from 1980.05.12, the present sale will not be perfect until the complete payment. As long as the price has not been fully paid the goods remain property of the seller.

The decision shall appoint an expert to notice the returned goods condition and set the value of it; on this base, the party account will be liquidated, according to the damage which the buyer is usually responsible for the resolution of the sale.

The Verinauto collected data during the order are necessary to manage the order by VerinAuto and its commercial partners.

According to the law of Data Protection of January 6th, 1978, the buyer have the right to access, rectify, modify and delete all data concerning him by the BM. VerinAuto society who guarantees not to disseminate this information.

For the international deliveries (example Swizerland), it can have duty costs. Verinauto is not responsible customs duties or other taxes.
